Welcome! I am so glad you found us. This is a place for anyone, OCD or not, but the words here stem from lessons learned at the hands of the disorder. Although the anxiety is brought on by Obsessive Compulsive Disorder in my lived experience, the thoughts and ideas I share are, I hope, in some way applicable to anyone who wants to know they aren't alone: feel those feelings, you are human.
